This tastes just as good as other premium ice creams, but there’s 30 grams of protein per serving— heck yes, sign me up!! Makes you feel healthy while indulging in a yummy dessert ! The flavor is really good, like a peanut butter cup but not overly sweet. Would definitely try other flavors of this!

The best high protein ice cream I've tasted!
This is definitely the best protein ice cream I have ever had. Usually with high protein The taste suffers but this peanut butter flavor is amazing and there are generous amounts of chocolate chips and lots of peanut butter swirls. I also love that they used coconut nectar to sweeten it along with avocado oil and dates as a healthier option too!! Yum!

This tastes almost exactly like ice cream, probably because when you look at the nutrition label it isn’t far off. Some added sugars and a good amount of protein, but also pretty high still in fat sugar and carbs. That said I’d def buy it again, as it’s delicious! Love the ribbons of peanut butter. The perfect treat.

I’ve been craving ice cream lately and was excited to try this high protein “nice” cream. It’s not too sweet and provides a good balance of the classic coupling of peanut butter and chocolate chips. I have to warn you that the chocolate chips are very dark (bitter even), but they pair well with peanut butter! Made with clean ingredients (all of which I can pronounce), it is sweetened with coconut nectar — which I really appreciate because it doesn’t have that weird after taste you get with typical sugar substitutes. 30G of whey protein come with each pint - enough to satisfy my macro goals. Yay!

Peanut butter heaven in an ice cream pint!
Anytime I can find a delicious protein dessert I’m already happy because I’m trying to eat healthy but to find this peanut butter chip blitz ice cream is like winning the protein dessert lottery. Peanut butter cups are one of my favorite desserts so being able to enjoy a personal favorite and not feel guilty about it while getting 10g of protein for 160 calories per serving - sign me up! I do like that there’s no chalky after taste like a lot of protein foods can have (and what I personally can’t stand so I won’t buy a lot of products) but it has me having more of the other flavor’s from Swoop to my cart to try. If you’re looking for an affordable dessert that’s also healthy and delicious, I recommend trying this out! Especially if your a peanut butter or peanut butter cup fan!

This ice cream is delicious, a vanilla-like base with chunks of peanut butter and mini chocolate chips. It was a big hit for my 3 year-old toddler as well as myself. It is lower in calories compared to other ice creams, and I love that it has 10 grams of protein per serving. It’s pricier in my opinion compared to other ice creams.

I was skeptical about trying this, as often protein desserts have an off taste. This did not! This was truly delicious, and perfect in every way! It was creamy, and rich in flavor, yet all flavors blended well where none overpowered the others. It packs a punch with 10 grams of protein per serving, which will help you feep fuller and not consume the whole pint at once lol. There was no weird protein flavor, texture, or aftertaste. If it hadn't known what I was eating, I would have honestly thought it some decadent ice cream without the health benefit of protein.

Best new ice cream!
Hands down my favorite new ice cream. The flavor is sublime and it has the best texture of any whey-based ice cream I've tried. I love that it's sweetened with natural sugars as well. Will be back for more and to try other flavors soon!

This is the Swoop high protein Peanut Butter Chip blitz frozen dairy dessert. The package says in large font 30 grams of protein in small font per pint. So each serving is more like 10 grams of protein which is not bad but not near the 30 unless you eat the entire 480 calorie pint! This high protein dessert is actually really good. There are peanut butter swirls that are delicious with a perfect amount of chocolate. The base tastes like a creamy vanilla ice cream. A serving is 160 calories which makes a great snack that with a few additions would be the perfect high protein snack.

Tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The peanut butter flavor is rich and creamy, and the chocolate chips add a nice crunch in every bite. Tasted great. like other people have said, werid texture and half full. Also got food positioning from mine. Not sure if it thawed and refroze it. Could be why it has the werid texture and could have caused a growth of bad bacteria.

This ice cream tastes closer to a “real ice cream” than other high protein or low sugar ice creams but in having higher protein, it really to me has quite a bit of added sugar too. The ice cream is really tasty and has that chocolate and peanut butter flavor and doesn’t taste very different from other regular ice creams. I would suggest this for a sweet treat but not necessarily a healthy one.

This ice cream is delicious! A lot of foods with added protein don’t taste great to me so I was a little hesitant. This ice cream is delicious! The little pieces of peanut butter and chocolate are amazing and give it a great texture. My picky husband loved it and so did both of my toddlers. Will be looking for more flavors.
