For a low calorie/high protein Mac n cheese, I thought it was good! The portion size and nutritional information were pretty similar to their own Mac n cheeses and other brands’ low calories meals. It tasted good, not the best one I’ve had, but overall good. I would buy again.

Was ok. Grainy, but probably the protein. Portion was an issue for me. It was enough for one person. Container was way too large. The product barely covers the bottom of the tray. Company could save money by using a smaller containe.

The cheese sauce is very grainy which I Am not the biggest fan of. However it is only 280 calories for 18 grams of protein which is not bad. It is filling and the overall flavour is not bad at all. For 3 bucks it is a good choice
