To wash the Bleak Forest rug, machine wash it in cold water on a delicate cycle with mild, non-bleach detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Did not bring out item I ordered. I picked the store because it said it was in stock in Elyria.. it was not I drove for 1/2 hour which was my choice only to be told it wasn’t available an they have new people, that didn’t scan the item. Sounds like a training issue. Poor customer service
