A: I’d use a siphon. Do you have a length of flexible hose/tubing? Dunk it to fill it with water, keep one end in the pool, and put the outlet end *lower than the inlet end* outside the pool. That’ll drain the bulk of the water.

Unfortunately, it does not have a little valve on the bottom to help empty the water after using. It is extremely difficult to get the water out unless you plan on deflating it every single time you use it.
