This is a first we are hearing about tight snaps, thank you for brining this to our attention. The Cotton is made to be breathable and light for the baby. We do have Premium Raw Edge Hems on the clothing - this was a design choice of Jessica Alba. She loved them design while traveling abroad and decided to incorporate this detail on the clothing.
