Q: Why does your product say water resistant and in a light rain the entire ceiling drips inside?

Could you please check if the top fabric is damaged or if there are any gaps in the assembly? You can provide photos of the leakage (a video would be even better) to our customer service email. When assembling this project (4+ hours), we ended up not having enough of 1 type of screw and too many of another that didn't fit. The product clearly says 'water-resistant' and the roof drips from everywhere. If it didn't kill us to assemble, I'd take it apart and return it immediately. It's sad because it's a nice gazebo, but OMG. Oh and it went on sale today for $125 less than what I paid a week ago. Just twist the knife. DO NOT recommend. Sorry.
