Handles are not made of wood.

These toothbrushes are not eco friendly. They are not made of wood. It is some kind of composite material, hard and shiny. I cut into the handle to see if it might be wood with a plastic coating, but there was no wood. Maybe there's some wood sawdust in the composite?
