Q: Hello, I have these in markers and they seem to have stained my counter top and even chairs. Usually I can get markers out of these areas but this is stubborn and won't come out. Do you have any suggestions in how to get out? Thanks

A: Thanks for your question, our markers don't typically have too hard of a time being removed prior to setting, but it does depend on the type of surface and it sounds like the ink has clearly set in. You've likely tried regular removal methods so we would recommend either of these two: 1. Hand/Surface wipes (make sure to NOT use ones with bleach in them). 2. The Mr. Clean Magic erasers, or a similar melamine sponge. Good luck!

I was so excited to give these to my third grade students as part of their birthday gifts but the lead didn’t even last a day for the first two kids that have received them so far.

Un"leaded"
Just wanted to give potential buyers a warning. These pencils have very little lead in them. Most mechanical pencils come with a few leads inside the pencil, these had one and it was very small. It ran out before completing a page in a workbook.

Disappointed
