I read the reviews about them being cheap and breaking when you put them on your tree. I haven’t had that experience at all. Yes, the candles do lift out of the green base, but there is flexibility in the base to move them straight. I didn’t have any trouble at all with mine and they just elevated my gingerbread themed tree! Love them!

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews but glad I didn’t listen to them bc I think they are adorable and well made. They do all need an individual battery which I could see being a negative to some but would rather have separate candles to place where needed on the tree vs on a string of candle lights. They have a pretty glow to them and flicker which gives a beautiful effect. I love the remote as well! I am tempted to buy another set to add more to my tree! They are also adjustable and can be maneuvered just right to stand up straight. They are a bit heavy though so if you have a tree with really flimsy branches they may not work.

Look great on tree, easy to assemble and hard to attach to artificial tree.

These lights look so cute in my tree they go with my aesthetics, but they should not be breaking so easily for their price. Two of the clips broke and one of the lights do not turn on.

Bought 4 boxes. 2 boxes are orange flame and 2 boxes white flame. Very flimsy as well- can’t get them to stand straight.

I bought two different boxes and had to return them both. The first one had a broken remote. The second one had two candles that wouldn't work. They are cute candles that flicker in a realistic way but I just got frustrated with them not working. I worry that they won't last long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect battery candle. I just showed one it’s because all of the candles need batteries and turn out I only have one battery. The size of this candle is almost my finger size. The candle looks elegant, but the clip not. But if you have a green Christmas tree, the green clip can be look hidden. Unfortunately, my girl has their own Christmas small tree and it’s pink so the clip can’t be hidden, but we will put in big green tree.

These are DARLING! I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and bought them anyways. They flicker and you can move them around to make it appear straight on your tree. I love them!

The clamps break easy. They look pretty on the tree but are cheaply made.

Absolute JUNK! Don’t waste your time All of the cheap plastic spring loaded clips break when you go to put them on the branches.

Too many batteries needed and keep randomly turning on. We’ve clicked the timer off every time and in a few hours they are on again. Frustrating.

Very pretty. They look beautiful on my 3 and 5 foot trees. Nostalgic reminder of days gone by. I love them and can highly recommend same.

Target bought it out to my car with candles missing and damaged. I had to drive back and return. Do they want to discourage people from driving up?

They’re super cute and exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately they’re quite flimsy and fall apart easily. The candles detach from the clip bases, and the clips themselves rotate too freely, causing the candles to tilt sideways. I could try hot gluing the bases to the clips, but that still wouldn’t fix the tilting issue. I don’t think the clips will hold up well with regular use. Everything was packaged nicely, but overall I’m disappointed and plan to return them for something of better quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for these candles! They are very pretty and add an old-school vibe to your Christmas tree. Unfortunately, on the down side, the candles are on a little ball attached to the clip so they can be adjusted to stand upright — but they are so loose on the ball, it is nearly impossible to get them to stand upright and they tip over from the slightest movement. Also, one of the candles was wedged onto the ball so tightly it wouldn’t move at all and, when I tried to carefully loosen it, the clip snapped off in my hand. Additionally, the remote came completely scratched up — so much so that my daughter asked if we why I had bought a used set. Maybe I just got a dud set. If I saw these in store, I might give them another shot because they really are very pretty. Unfortunately, though, this particular set will be going back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love these candles as I was hoping to put them on my Christmas tree when I get one, but I have to say they underwhelmed me quite a bit. The biggest most glaring problem is that each and every one of them requires a AA battery which are NOT included. Then the remote requires 2 AAA’s. So a total of 12 batteries just for a small set of candles. I mistakenly assumed they were plug in candles. Makes it nice not to have a cord but where the set isn’t cheap to start, it’s just an added expense that makes it not worth it. The candles themselves are really lovely when they are lit up. I just wish they had either included the batteries or made this a plug-in set.

I bought two packs. One has a yellowish tint and the other is pure white. that was disappointing. otherwise they are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this set of glowing "candles" for my Christmas tree online. This set includes 10 clip on candles and a remote control. Each candle is almost 5" high. The candles each need a AA battery. The price for the set of candles was already a bit high, then on top of it I had to purchase a package of ten batteries. I was a little disappointed with how much this set me back, especially once I put the candles on my tree and saw how poor the quality is.. The candles topple over, despite trying to prop them back up. They look good at first and are easy to clip on the tree, but then they just fall over. I would not waste your money on this set. I dont think it's worth it.

Unscrew the flame and put a battery inside the tube, screw the cap back on and then there is a remote control that needs separate batteries as well. Super easy, clips onto branches as you can see in my pictures. I love how they flicker like a real candles. I do recommend these!

Missing remote and broken pieces. Not great
