1/8 inch too small on both sides
The frame is 1/8 inch too small on both sides my posters are 11x17 and the picture frame has room for 10.875x16.875, it didn't fit! I measured them both with a tape measure. I'm going to return them.

Low quality frame
Every time I go to place my picture into the frame more black dirt ends up on it, there’s a white border which makes it extremely visible. No matter how many times I take it out the glass and wipe it down, along with the picture, it somehow ends up getting dirty again. Incredibly cheaply made, would not buy another.

Frame is 1/8" smaller than listed, so prints incur damage when placed into frame unless cut down to fit the actual dimensions. Good product aside from that, but doesn't meet the basic requirement.

Falsely Advertised
My partner bought 5 of these frames to hang our 11 x 17 prints. Not a single one fit. We measured each frame and all were actually 10.9375 by 16.9375 inches (15/16 inches is 0.9375). So tell me Target how you figure 11x17 art fits in a smaller frame? This is why you're losing to Amazon...

Too small.
Its not even actually 17 inches. Have a print that does measure at 17inches exact. The inside is 16 7/8ths, so the print scrunches/folds if I try to insert it.

Beautiful FRONT-LOADING picture frame WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!
The picture frame was what I needed; however, the picture must be loaded from the front...instead of the back as most other picture frame require. There were NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to load from the front. I tried prying the glass from the frame by inserting a knife under a corner. OF COURSE, I BROKE THE GLASS IN THE CORNER. So then I had to glue the glass pieces back in place in order to repair my damage. Then I camouflaged that corner so that the damage/repair could not be seen. However, had there been instructions on loading my photo from the front of the picture frame; it probably would not have been damaged. I fault the manufacturer for the lack of instructions.
