Frame arrived broken. Not well packed in shipping. Almost cut my hand unwrapping the frame.

Frame is decent, about what you'd expect for the price. I would not expect it to last long. The glass seems thin so I can see why so many people had trouble getting one intact. I purchased mine via store pickup and did not have that issue. I needed something with a stand back on it and this one only has hangers so I returned.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. Although the frame is very cute, I ordered it along with several towels and washcloths. It arrived completely shattered - it had not been packed at all to prevent breakage, just thrown in with the bathroom items, and the package in no way indicated it was breakable - and glass particles were all throughout the other items. These were a gift, and now they must be washed, and of course I do not want to put a bunch of glass into my washer and dryer and potentially mess it up or for the person using them to be washing one day and to have glass shards go into their skin. I do not typically review items but I feel I must dissuade anyone considering ordering this item from doing so as there will be no protection for it or the other items it is with. If you were to buy the frame in store and did not have to worry about it being in transit, it would be a good purchase.

GLASS EVERYWHERE!! It was not packaged correctly or in a box labeled fragile. Very disappointing

Unfortunately, the pins that hold the backing together kept falling out. I did only pay three dollars for this frame and was able to make it work with the pins that were left but honestly, the quality is not that great.

This style is so cute and easy to use. Real glass front, and the plastic frame has a nice even finish it doesn’t look “plasticky” at all. The tabs on the back rotate and make it easy on your hands to add/change photos, and they can be used with or without the mat.

It came shattered, totally destroyed

Honestly looking at the other reviews I was expecting it to be terrible. It's not a high quality frame but for $5 it looks great. Mine arrived without any broken tabs on the back but I will say I had to get a screwdriver to loosen a few as they were really hard to turn. Overall, this is a super cute frame for the price. I bought 3 more and will probably buy the smaller sizes as well.

Cute but super Cheap quality. The backing is held in with flimsy plastic notches which half of them came broken off, so only half the frame is secure. Maybe I’ll tape it

These are cute, don’t get me wrong. But this is definitely a you get what you pay for situation. The pegs that hold the photo turns that keep the backing secured to the frame are made of plastic and molded to the frame itself. They break off extremely easily and in fact several of the frames I got in my order had broken pegs upon receipt. There is no way to fix them unless you maybe glue them back but even still they won’t be very secure. I have attached a photo with the broken pegs from just two of the frames.

Suuuper cute! Phenomenal price! I plan on spray painting these and finding some cute print art.

It's very difficult to place 1 simple pic in the first frame and it immediately.

It’s not that bad. It’s cute and a great price, however it is not 11 x 14. the 11 x 14 photo I have is too big to fit. I think this will fit a 10 x 12 photo better

It was $5 so I didn’t expect much but yeah it’s extremely cheap. The little handles to secure the photo in it came broken off so I had to get a refund. Bummer bc I like how it looks.
