I love this little guy. I believe when set to timer it stays on for hours and then it turns off automatically and its ready to reset to timer when selected again so that is a nice feauture. Other than that, I bought 2 of these guys.

It’s so funny,what drove me nuts,,was what everyone else loved….The shading of his pants! The grayish coloring of them,to me,looked like a bad paint job…so instead of returning him,because I did think he was great otherwise- I sat for quite a while and with a fat black magic marker,colored his pants and shoes! Jack looks sharp! I really love him even more now!Lol!! He’s definitely a keeper and is a great value! Thanks Target for always having wonderful items at very affordable prices,that everyone can enjoy!

This Jack is so cute! Great size and the head is a perfect orange. The light makes it pop so well. Blow molds are making a comeback and this is definitely a piece I’m glad I’m adding to my collection.

This is so cute, bought this for my bay window. Just the right size, I haven’t put the batteries in yet so I can’t tell you if he works like said with an on/off timer. If it doesn’t I’ll be back. But so far I am highly impressed, He’s very bright when lit using the try me button. can’t wait for the Frankenstein to come in to go with Mr. Pumpkin.

Bought this along with 2 pumpkins. They work amazingly! Only reason giving 3 stars is due to the AWFUL packaging or lack of I should say. 2 pumpkins and this was just tossed into a box without wrapping them and all 3 items have lots of paint chipping on them.

It's very cute and looks nice when it's lit up but it is very difficult to get the battery compartment off even with the appropriate size screwdriver. It also has an on off and timer switch but it's covered with some kind of rubbery thing that makes it difficult to tell if it's in the on/off or timer position. I'm not even sure the timer position is attainable. It was only $10 so I guess what you get what you pay for
