A: Hello - Thanks for purchasing the item. Holding down the foam switch for a few seconds will turn on and off the light. Alternatively, you can try unplugging the "try me" cord to see if the main switch works properly. If the primary switch is still not working. To turn the light on, hold the foam switch down for a few seconds, or try unplugging the "try me" cord to see if the main switch then functions correctly. If the main switch still doesn't work, the internal components may be broken, and it may need to be replaced or modified to work with a separate power source so get the item to the store and the store reps will resolve the issue. Q: This items needs to be wrapped in plastic when shipped.. The paint on the face and back have scrapped off because it rubs against the bottom of the box or the paper.

Poor Quality
I ordered this guy and it came scuffed up. It wasn’t super noticeable until lit up … but that’s the whole point, right? So I requested a replacement. It came far more damaged than the other. Like others have said, no protection, just tossed in an oversized box and shipped. Very disappointed.

I bought with delivery 2 Frankies and they are so cool and the glow is good. But...no plastic wrap was around them, and the green paint was falling off both faces. So I must return these for the poor quality. Really sad because I like them so much!

Love this handsome fella and has a great price too - will look super cute in my trunk or treat display. Battery powered makes it easy to use anywhere.
