Whistles that don't whistle at all
What a disappointment. Got these whistles for a group of kids to have fun making noise, and none of them worked. Even the adults blowing with all their might couldn't make the whistles whistle. My son eventually got one to make a sound by blowing just the right amount of air, but it was pretty lame and pathetic for a noise maker, it was just a soft musical note.
