[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has amazing mapping technology. You can even go back in the app to see if any areas were missed. I thought I would only use it between uses of our big Shark vacuum but this little guy gets in spaces that are really hard to reach. The self cleaning brush roll works fantastic. I haven't had to clean it yet. Our last robot vacuum had to have the roller cleaned after each use. Connecting the Shark Clean app to Google was a breeze, now we just use our voice to start cleaning. Next time I will definitely be getting one with the dust bin attachment. And I will only be buying Shark vacuums from now on!

This automatic vacuum has helped me keep my space clean, and thus I’m less stressed! It’s not for huge messes but it definitely helps for the days in between cleaning sessions. Overall very happy with this product and recommend it if you have the means to purchase it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is super nice, it seamlessly goes over my hardwood floors to my carpet. It picks up up all my cats hair, however it’s a bit loud. The app allows the vacuum to map your home layout, and for my small apartment it’s convenient I don’t have to vacuum all the time. It just runs while I’m at work. You do need to set it up on a clear wall, so if you have a lot of items you’ll need to move some stuff around. Also prior to setting it up—it will run on a clear floor. Overall, this is a good vacuum!

The vacuum was very simple to set up via a QR code and step by step instructions on the app. It isn’t too loud and will stop if something is in it’s way! I used it after I hadn’t vacuumed for awhile to test it’s power and it easily sucked up all the dirt and dog fur! My floor looks great! I love that I can run it with a touch of a button on the app! Or schedule it to run when I need! This makes keeping the house clean so much easier! I would 10/10 recommend!

I have a thick, shaggy rug that it can move across. It picks up cat hair and dust and kitty litter with no issue. It even sucked up one of my socks. Whoops. Be sure to do a thorough floor check before unleashing the Shark. Ha. I like that I can do other chores and leave it to this vacuum to take care of the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting it up right is the hardest part of using this robot vacuum, but the more care you put into the set up, the easier and better it'll be! Make sure to avoid cords and properly block off areas, or vacuum is likely to get stuck and need to be rescued. Otherwise, robot makes life so much easier! So easy to run a regular routine, to target specific rooms, or to spot clean a smaller area. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’m really loving my new shark robot. I had another brand robot vacuum that this is replacing and it’s been 100% an upgrade. This model is so much quieter which is important as I usually run this while I am working from home. Additionally, the mapping feature is so helpful. I love that it can recognize furniture and other items that are in its way and avoids them vs. knocking them over like my old one did. It’s obviously too soon to tell if the non-removable filter is an issue, but I’m very happy with this upgrade so far!

I was worried the dog would hate it, but he mostly ignores it now. I can’t believe I waited so long to get one. Only complaint is the bin is small so I have to dump it often and the hair sometimes has to be pulled out manually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary from Influenster and I have fallen in love with this little robot! It is perfect for daily touch ups or a quick clean when expecting company. I find it doesn't get in every single corner, especially when trying to navigate some furniture and tight corners, but, it is perfect for keeping up with messes and overall daily dirt. It cleaned in the corner under the kitchen cabinets where crumbs tend to fall so this makes me happy to be able to keep up with that mess without having to pull out the big vacuum as often. I will have to use the big vacuum for the tight corners and when moving behind end tables, chairs and such. I can't be happier with this product to keep up with a more regular vacuum so I don't have to pull out the big vacuum as often. Also, it was easy to set up. There is an app for mapping the floor and setting scheduled cleaning. You can also set it to perform light or heavy cleaning in the app. If you just want a quick unscheduled clean, you can just tap the "clean" button on top of the machine and it will start right up. It also finds it's way back to the dock without any problem. You can also send it back to the dock in the middle of cleaning if you need to stop it for any reason by hitting the "dock" button on top of the vacuum and it will head right back. Also, it isn't too loud as it cleans. We were able to continue watching TV while it moved around the house doing its thing. I am so happy to have this robot vacuum in my home now and definitely recommend it to others.

My cats were very intrigued and scared at first but I ran my other vacuum at the same time and then they understood what this weird moving disc was. My only complaint is the small compartment for dust and hair. With two cats I need to empty after every use. It is very convenient and I would recommend this for purchase.

Receiving the Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum was the best thing to happen. Not only was it incredibly easy to set-up, but it truly get every nook and cranny of my apartment. Although, there isn’t a replaceable filter, it’s fairly easy to empty out the dust bin, lightly tap the dust and dirt off the filter, wipe down any remaining debris using a dry cloth or soft brush to remove. Overall, this product is a 10/10 and I recommend for everyone to get get one.

It's a little loud, but i run it right before i leave, and at night on.the first floor. It goes from carpet to tile to hard wood very easily. Holds a lot of gunk too!

The Shark Matrix, aka Sharkira, is quiet, quick and easy to use with access to an app that allows you to map specific areas, spot clean, perfectly a super matrix clean, return to dock, and even locate the robot. It picks up pet hair that you didn’t even realize was there and emptying the vacuum is a breeze. If I were to be super critical, my only request would be I wish the auto bin could be added, I don’t think that is an option, and I wish you could see a pin on the map as to where the robot is at any given time instead of looking for it. I’m beyond thrilled with my experience and it’s such an upgrade from the robot vacuums of 5 years ago. Thanks Shark Matrix!
