  • A: We don't have an exact time for recharge, determining how often to charge a ride-on toy depends on several factors: Frequency of Use: More frequent rides will naturally deplete the battery faster. Surface: Riding on carpet generally consumes more power than riding on hard floors. Rider's Weight: Heavier riders will put more strain on the battery. A good indicator that the toy needs charging is when you notice a significant decrease in its speed.

Grandkids love it!

We have bought this for both our grandchildren, one last Christmas and one for this Christmas. Our granddaughter loved it last year and it works great. Our grandson recently turned 3 and he is obsessed with the mailman and mail truck and already has a little mail carrier outfit so we had to get it for him as well! It is a little pricey but we waited for a good sale and toy coupons and used a Target Circle reward to help with the cost.

Love it!

My 2 year old absolutely loves his mailman car! It goes slow enough where he learned to drive it within a few days. He did manage to break the steering wheel the first day bc he was to rough with it my husband took the steering wheel apart and just connected the wires again and we haven’t had a problem ever since. Definitely would recommend if you’re thinking about it!

Worth Every Penny!

This mail truck is the cutest and our little one loves driving it around! We have had it for almost a year with no issues at all and it is used daily! The small round mirror on the side is flimsy and is broken off now, but other than that, it has held up great and still looks almost brand new despite daily run ins with our walls! We got it last year right before Christmas on sale for $99 which feels like a steal seeing it at the price it is now! So glad we got it when we did!

The worst battery ever.

My 10yo picked this for his 2yo brother for cbristmas, and the battery that came with it is junk. I know nothing about how to replace them or what to replace them with but daily my toddler is having meltdowns to ride it when no matter how long it is charged for it dies ln under 5 minutes of use. 0/10 would not recommend. Other than the battery, if that had not need an issue the truck is adorable and so are the accessories.

Cute truck crazy inflation

This truck is adorable, and I’ve been waiting for my LO to be a little bigger before I bought it. What I can’t believe is how this went from $99 in December 2024 to $269 in March 2025. Almost $200 extra for the same item. Ripoff. So I guess I will have to find another ride on toy that is reasonably priced.

The Mail Truck!

It’s a mail truck and that’s about it. Only travels 2.5 mph and cannot hold more than 60lbs. It’s cute and nice but nothing special but for a little kid it makes them happy.

Cute, but slow and design is lacking.

I love the idea of this mail truck and mail box. It’s so cute! My complaint is that it’s not very fast. We bought another 6V and that one is way faster so my daughters are fighting. Also the mail slot on the back of the truck is basically unusable. I’m not sure how the mail is supposed to drop into the back of the mail truck .

Mad momma

I was so excited about purchasing this car for my little one for Christmas! Christmas Day I decided to put it together. I let it charge for a couple hours and once we turned it on it would not move! I kept going back taking parts off and reinstalling them back in and same issue! Then the blue wires on the steeling wheel were broken so the horn doesn't work! I bought on sale for $174.37! I couldn't describe the frustration I was experiencing! Called customer service and reported the issue. They told it will take 24hrs until someone reached out to me about my complaint! But honestly I would my money back target!!!!

Fun but overpriced

Nice little mail truck. The novelty of delivering mail for the kids with it is the biggest attraction and what makes it a hit. The other accessories like mail and the mail box are well thought out. However, it’s overpriced. And if you are looking for a true, outdoor ride-on with more power and control, it definitely is a bit weak. Installation was easy but the manual completely overlooks an important piece of connecting the main motor gear to the back wheel. When I fixed the rear axle and the back wheel and one of them is not restrained, I had the scare of my life, with my kid waiting for it to be assembled and we having to return. Then I realized the motor needs to lock in there and fix to that one rear wheel, and that’s how the whole thing works and is fixed in place! The manual makes no mention of it at all. They probably assumed the motor stay in place during shipping but obviously it doesn’t. So just keep this in mind. All parts are there but you need to fix the motor to the one rear wheel on the rear right side.
