I tried a peanut butter banana smoothie with a splash of caramel apple creamer. It was delightful! I got the idea from the recipe book they gave with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that it can blend my frozen fruit so easily is impressive! Just make sure you put enough liquid in there. Definitely a bit of work to screw off the lid and push down the fruit... just to screw it on, and repeat over and over if the ingredients you put in the blender are too stiff to fall to the bottom and get mixed in naturally. While not the finest blend because I still did feel grit in my smoothie, I don't mind it at all. It's really neat that it's portable and cordless. Makes prep-and-go, so minimal, literal and effortless. I didn't expect to like it this much, but I can't help but love this now!

It is a great size for a blender your work or on the go blender. I love that it has a portable charger as well so it’s not so cumbersome to take around. My only dislike is that the blades are in the bottom of the cup while you are drinking. I typically like not having the blades in my cup when I’m taking it around. Other than that, it is a fabulous blender that would be perfect for those who need to blend on the go.

I was going to get some smoothie ingredients, but have been super busy with work. I used some California oranges i had on hand, to make me some orange juice. I had to add a little ice, because the oranges were a bit light, but it was easy to use, and it made some really good orange juice. It chopped the oranges very, very good. I'm going to have to try ya few different recipes with this. I want to try some with coffee,. I recommend this to anyone who makes smoothies and such. It's a great little product. And the blender part being a cup makes it even nicer.

It is a little very for its size. It is also easy to clean. There are a little amount for parts, so that makes it easy to clean and keep track off all the parts.

It’s small enough for personal use without feeling like you don’t have enough space or what you’re blending is too minimal for a big one. It has high speeds, and overall great. The one thing I want to point out is this product’s ability to to blend greens such as kale, spinach, etc. It doesn’t tend to mix certain ingredients well. So close to perfection!

I can blend in the morning, safely leave the blade part of the blender at home, transport to work with me and enjoy my sweet treat later in the day. It’s durable enough to take the wear and tear of my work bags, and cleaning it out is as simple as placing it in the dishwasher when I get home. We’ve also found it makes a great make shift blizzard at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja BlastMAX Cordless 20 oz blender is a really great travel blender for busy people, for RV people or even for protein drink after the gym people. The two modes on this blender are blend and crush. The blend mode has consistent speed of the blender blades for multiple minutes. The crush mode (my preferred mode) does different lengths of timed pulsing blending, allowing for ice chunks to sink to the blades at the bottom and really thoroughly get a drink perfectly blended. The base I charged once out of the box and it has lasted SEVERAL weeks with the battery being charged. I don't use it everyday, but it is so nice that the charge lasts so very long! Makes this portable blender ideal for on the go blending and mixing. The lid is truly leakproof. I've turned it upside down with liquid and ice inside and no drips, nothing! It has a max liquid fill line of 20 ounces. I've overfilled it when adding ice into the beverage before blending and it didn't have any issues. Still blended well. Still didn't leak. Power of blender was still very strong. A few cons... I have added only crushed ice from my freezer into this blender because it really struggles with full ice cubes. I've added ice before adding coffee or creamer into the blender and since I put ice in first, it locked the blades where I had to use a straw to break up the ice chunks. The green light by the power symbol turns red when it gets locked up and the white lights flash between blend and crush. Also, I tried to blend a smoothie one morning when I was running behind on getting my kids out the door and the smoothie never fully blended because I had some large strawberries that the blender couldn't fully blend up. So, although most of my smoothie was blended, there were still large chunks of frozen strawberry in my smoothie. Bummer. All in all, this is a fantastic portable blender. It's easy to clean and maintain. It's compact and has a long life charge. And mostly it does its job: blending! I personally think you just have to manage your expectations with it. It's a smaller blender with considerably smaller blades, so therefore ice pieces and frozen fruit/veggies you are putting into it to be blended must also be smaller in size. Blended easily, quickly, evenly. The recipe I used was for two, and this ninja is only large enough for one serving. Easy to clean up too. Appears sturdy and is def portable and convenient.
