Beautiful fixture. Glass beads are faceted and good quality. Took off one star as the chain is not designed to be shortened. You have to break the links, which are powder coated. There is no way to shorten it without the finish crumbing off the links and it comes with a long chain. I ended up using leftover chain from another fixture that was easy to adjust. Also the straight rod attached to the fixture cannot be removed, so cannot be hung very close to the ceiling. Worked for me, but took one star off for lack of length options.
