It’s beautiful but a couple of the little bulbs were missing. It would be great if they came with a couple replacements.

Was broke shattered when I got it. Was so dissapointed. Was afraid to even completely unwrap it.

This was a beautiful item to have in your house. However, I would never in a million years have something like this delivered to your house. If you want it broken? Sure, get it delivered. Sad how delivery drivers have no care for any items you purchase. Especially since when I tried to reorder it, it was already out of stock.

This tree is so beautiful. I bought it for my daughters’ bedroom and it looks gorgeous!

It arrived broken and there are no more to be found. I really wanted for my granddaughter.

I read the reviews and took a chance. This would be a great piece if you could trust it'd arrive intact. While it was at least wrapped in paper, the top star was broken and one of the baubles (the plastic balls that look like bulbs) was loose in the box. Truly terrible quality control and the last time I'll ever order anything fragile from Target.

Arrived broken

This is the second tree I’ve ordered over the last couple years with target. Both arrived damaged. The item is poorly packed. If you sell ceramic trees like this for shipping…..maybe they should be produced with proper box and styrofoam packing? Lose in a giant box with a ton of paper as packing material is not enough.

While I’d love to give more stars because this item is absolutely beautiful…my experience was not. It was anything but. This was the only one I wanted and at the time I ordered, it was selling out but there was still a good handful or so at different stores around my area. Unfortunately mine arrived shattered, and got tiny specs and pieces all over my bed and floor, because it was all over the paper. Whoever packaged it, wrapped the tree in one or two, sheets of the paper. Plus put no paper or anything at the bottom of the box to protect it. Only the one or two sheets wrapped around the tree and then more paper on top…which is of course not going to do anything whatsoever to protect the item. All that did was somewhat contain the mess and shards of ceramic….Not only that but now there is only one left near me and it’s at a target 45 minutes way :( I tried calling the store several times to see if they’d hold it, and the phone was just ringing and ringing endlessly, each time I called, and one time for over five minutes until it just hung up. So incredibly disappointed that this was my experience and I will likely be unable to get this item now due to lack of care and organization by staff/target. Target with all due respect please either stock your stores with better things to protect items being shipped, and or, properly train people that are packaging and shipping things, so that they actually protect items being shipped and package them the right way…

2nd one ordered and both completely shattered!! Very poor packaging and now none are available to ship. Very disappointed!!

It is stunning, I bought this for my daughter’s bedroom, which is pink and bow theme which I didn’t realize it had little bows on the lights so it was a blessed surprise. That being said, it is a perfect addition to her Christmas decoration. I would recommend to buy and pick up in store cause the material breaks easily if shipped.

Beautiful little tree, didn’t realize that it had bows on it too 🩷 I did order it and it arrived broken similar to what everyone else said but I went in store about 20 mins away and exchanged it. I can’t believe it sold out so fast! Honestly, yes the packers could do a better job, but something this fragile needs to be in a box.

I saw this in the store but by the time I looped back around it was gone so I ordered it online. Fortunately for me, the people packing mine did a very nice job(so sorry to those of you that got broken ones, that sucks and cleaning up glass really sucks) and I had no issues. It’s darling, the color, the lighting, the size, etc…if it comes back in stock I’m buying more 💗🎄💖

I saw some reviews about it arriving broken and took a gamble. Sadly, mine was poorly packaged and arrived in pieces too.

This ceramic tree was poorly wrapped and put loose in a huge box. The tip of the star was sticking out of the top of the box. It was shattered into many pieces. It is really nice if you want to take a chance on having it shipped. The worst part is they actually want the broken one back. I certainly can’t use the box it was shipped in.
