14" Christmas Vintage Pink with Gold Foil Ceramic Tree - Wondershop™

My tree arrived on perfect condition. The lights aren't very bright as shown in the picture.

Two stars taken off because I have to add a Target stop to my next run into the "Big City" (nearest Target is 50 miles away) to return all of the broken stuff from my order. After reading other reviews on how poorly items are wrapped and shipped I ordered THREE (3) of everything I ordered because sure enough, nearly two of our of every three items I ordered were broken. This Ceramic tree is really pretty and I love the retro color of pale pink and like the ceramic Deer (only 1 of each Deer survived btw, 4 of those arrived broken, two standing and two sitting) that go with it, they were all nicely wrapped and THEN placed in large boxes to slam around in during shipping. The three trees I ordered were in a box three sizes too large with NO added padding (such as packing peanuts or foam, to stop them from slamming into each other during transit. I have to wonder if Target employees hate their jobs.

Two of these have shown up broken because of shoddy handling before they leave Target’s warehouse. Employees take the trees out of their original shipping boxes they receive then turn around and barely wrap the items to ship to consumers. The trees are put in a shipping box to rattle around and break in transit because nobody can figure out how to safeguard glass items. I’ve ordered two of these trees and have to return both to the store because of careless shipping processes. I’m sick of having to return things that are broken before I open them due to poor packaging.

Very cute design, I love the round and bow-shaped lights. However, mine was wrapped inappropriately for shipping. This really needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap. It arrived broken, in many (very sharp!) pieces. And the app return process says I have to return the ceramic pieces in order to get a refund? Not only is that poor customer service, it’s actually unsafe. Extremely, extremely disappointed. I hope Target contacts me to remedy this.

This ceramic pink tree is a beauty! The gold foil on the tips gives it a classy look. But my favorite part are the adorable clear bows mixed in with the lights on the tree! Perfect pink tree for my granddaughter! Shipping was great and the tree was wrapped very carefully and securely. Arrived in perfect condition.
