It came broken when the the delivery driver left it at my front porch

I did a pick up order and it was broken.

Love this, pastel, retro, girly and well made! I was worried that the standing would be an issue but so far no balance or tip over problems :)

This is adorable and I loved it, but it arrived broken, so I got a refund through my local store. And, I don't blame Target as it was packed really well.

My original order came in and was broken. Sent it back and now second one is broken. The problem is the packer is not putting enough bubble wrap on it to ship. Please send another.

It is a very cute ceramic deer. I purchased 2 of them. I like also that it is retro looking.

These little deer are so cute. Nice quality. Unlike the matching tree, the 2 deer I purchased were packed VERY well. The standing deer did have a leg break off, but not due to poor packaging. It’s the chance I took to have it delivered. I chose to glue it back on rather than return and chance another delivery. Can’t even tell.

This ceramic item was broken when I got it home from pickup…it wasn’t wrapped it paper at all, just put in a plastic target bag. Luckily it was a clean break and easy to glue to fix. Not worth the trip back to the store to return. I’ve gotten a few ceramic pieces from pickup before and they’ve all been wrapped beautiful in paper to prevent breakage. I was disappointed that no one took the time to wrap a delicate item.

Don’t order it through drive up they literally handed it to me with the head chopped off and thought that was acceptable. Two guys walked up to me and I didn’t understand why two people were delivering 1 bag full of a Christmas decoration and personal item. Then once they walked away I noticed it was broken in half and they were hoping I wouldn’t see it when they handed it to me which I didn’t until I almost drove off.

Beautiful little deer but the one Target shipped me is defective. One leg is a quarter of an inch too short so it can’t stand. Now I have make a return.

Extremely fragile item was securely wrapped and arrived in perfect condition! I had 3 fragile items in my order and nothing was damaged!!

So cute, great quality and design.

The item itself is adorable and I think it is well made. The issue is the shipping. My original order and it's replacement both arrived missing legs. The minimal amount of protection wrapped around the ceramic figure did not cover all of it. It's easy to see from the way. It was in the box that it had no chance of making its way to my porch without being broken. Very unfortunate because I do like this figurine. I have the other one coming in the mail and hope that doesn't suffer the same fate. Going to hope that this does show up in stores at some point, so that I can buy it that way.

Absolutely adorable and beautiful item. SHIPPING IS AN ISSUE. Target usues only paper to wrap delicate items and this arrived broken. They did approve a replacement, but it's such a waste.
