Missing items
Ordered 2, only one was put inu trunk but was charged for 2. I went inside the store to tell about the missing items, and the guy thay put my order to my car argued that he didnt have control over that and told me to find it at the store. I did a order drive up picked up so i dont have to go to the store and this is what the responsed i get. Very unprofessional, couldve handle it nicely buy likes to argue that it’s my fault that only one was put in my trunk.

Horrible. I ordered 5 strings and out of the first 3 three that I opened there were lights (and entire snowflakes) that didn't work. Unfortunately if one light is out, multiple lights are out. Unacceptable!! Returning all 5.
