16" x 12" Marble Pastry Board Black - Fox Run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to make homemade tarts and pies. My tart and pie crusts didn’t stick to the marble block. It is very sturdy and has good weight to it. The marble block stays in place. It is easy to clean and also look good left out on the counter as decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This black marble board is beautiful. It is thick, heavy, and shiny.... and looks amazing sitting out on the counter. Years ago I worked in a candy store, and I loved the marble board we used for some of the candy making (the cold marble is great for working chocolate), so I am thrilled to now have one of my own. I am one of those people who has been baking more during the pandemic, and I can say that my pastry dough etc.. has rolled MUCH easier on this board than either the silicone pastry mat I have, or my counter. The coolness not only makes the dough easier to handle, but also prevents sticking, breaking etc.... I recently rolled-out biscuits on this marble, and it was the fastest, easiest, and prettiest batch of perfectly shaped biscuits I have ever made. Since this board is so pretty, I have it sitting on my counter all the time now (and between you and me, it was the perfect solution for hiding a little burn mark on my counter), and I have just been using it for other kitchen tasks and food preparations. I highly recommend it to any bakers---once you see how much easier dough is to handle on it, you will wonder how you managed without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great - it's real marble so while it means it's super heavy, it's also really sturdy! I'm just getting into baking more than the standard cookies and I love having a designated board to use for rolling out dough and putting creations together. It's as easy to wipe clean as my countertop considering the marble and even looks good just out, due to the quality.

I also love it makes making pastries so easy and less complicated with not having to worry about making sure the surface doesn't stick. It really provides the right non stick surface you could ask for. I also love as well it is very durable and is really thick. It works great and I cant be any more happy with this board than I am. I highly recommend trying this out you will not be dissapointed after trying this board out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great to use for bakeries. The material is beautiful and heavy. It doesn't get no scratches or leaves any residue on the flour mixture. I don't need to use a lot of flour because this material doesn't stick to the mixture. It looks classy just on the countertop.

I like that the surface is very smooth which makes it much easier to knead and roll out dough. The smooth, cold surface of the marble helps prevent the dough from sticking. This piece of marble is also elevated with rubber feet which is a great feature. By having it elevated it protects my countertops and prevents it from moving around when I am using it. I have been using this piece of marble when making pizza dough, pie crust and pasta. I really like this kitchen product, Highly Recommend.

This marble board is perfect for cutting out biscuits or rolling out dough. The smooth surface works well with just a little flour. So far nothing has gotten stuck to the board. The smooth surface makes it extremely easy to clean too. Just wipe down with a wash cloth with soap and water, dry and you're done. It's not porous or grainy so no little nooks for food to get stuck in. I'm really loving this board when I bake.
