Handle with care. Do not get this shipped. My second, shipped separately, arrived with a corner broken. The first one I broke it myself. That said, with care, they work.

HORRIBLE delivery by target. Every single frame was completely broken upon arrival. My husband said it sounded like they threw the package on our doorstep. Target, you need to do better!

Nice frame for the price, pretty crisp white matting. Outer frame does feel slightly cheap but looks nice hanging on the wall

Target is unable to successfully ship this item without severely breaking it. I tried it twice so you don’t have to.

Frame broke on 3 of the 4 corners. One corner appeared to crumble. Cheaply made materials.

I keep buying these frames for my gallery wall but they all arrive damaged or with major defects. I’ll have to return 6 from the 10 frames I got. Not worth the price at all. Besides the quality the first time I received the frames they were poorly wrapped and most pieces were damaged. Second time packaging got better but some were still damaged.

Three out of four had a busted corner obscured by the cardboard. Needs better packaging.

Serious quality control issues with these frames. I bought 4 for 4 prints I have but one of the 4 had a cracked frame (which you can’t see because of the packaging). I went to exchange but they were no longer in stock, soooo I ordered one online and, of course, this frame also arrived cracked on the corner and has scrapes on the finish. Idk what to do, I really don’t want to keep exchanging the same item over and over, but these are not handled with care. If only I had more than one Target in a 50 mile area!!!

While I love the look of this frame and the matte sizing is perfect, the frame sags when hung horizontally. When taking a closer look at it on the wall, it is very apparent that top of the frame is not straight. This is even more apparent when there is another frame hung above it.

I previously ordered this frame in store and liked it but needed one more, they didn’t have anymore in store so I ordered online to be delivered at my home. The package came looking busted and not packed well. Upon opening it I saw that the glass was broken and shards of glass were coming out from the bottom of the box due to poor taping. No bubble wrap or anything. It was just a frame loosely thrown in a big box. Do not recommend having glass items delivered.

I love these frames have so many of them, got two of them more than a year ago, the black and white with back frames, for the last two weeks I visited 3 different targets then ordered two online trying to find the same as last year… even tho they are the same frame the color is off, seems like the have less color like if the printer is out of ink, really disappointed because I really love these frames, please go back to the original color!

These frames make the perfect gallery wall. They are classy and timeless- I continue to add these to my collection; they are high quality and go with everything.

Perfect for what I needed but first one arrived cracked in several places. It was even still protected by the outer packaging! Target sent me a replacement right away

Excellent and exceptional frames . as a professional artist I always search for the I best framing and archival quality. The mats are acid free, frames museum style without breaking the bank.

They are nice but 3 out of the 6 were broken so I had to return. Otherwise they look very nice as a gallery.
