This coffee is amazing! I'm usually a Black Silk drinker, but I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. Now, there's no going back! Literally, I tried to go back to Black Silk and it just couldn't hold it's own against the 1850 Black Gold. My only complaint is that the packaging doesn't keep the coffee as fresh as it could. Other than that, pure perfection

I’m a retired peace officer who spent forty years of drinking sub par coffee. I have become somewhat of a coffee snob since those days. Folgers 1850, Black Gold is by far the best coffee I have ever had. Smooth, rich flavor. I’m a big fan.

I bought this product a few weeks ago, and I love it. It reminds me of what coffee used to taste like. The smell takes me back to my grandmother's home, breakfast being made and the smell of coffee. The true to itself Christmas commercial smell.

I have gone through at least 3, maybe 4 package revisions on this product, but luckily the great coffee inside stays the same. Currently I am only able to buy it at one store in my area and luckily I can buy it by the case since it is my go to grind. Don't let this disappear from my last store (Wal-Mart) me and 3 of my neighbors will be at a total loss as to what to do. I realize that shelf space is at a premium but that darn green bag from Seattle is hard to look at!
