The handles just aren't strong enough! I purchased three of these and have had to replace all of them within a year or two of purchasing them. I'm very disappointed in the quality. I highly recommend not purchasing these.

It’s a great item. Pretty sturdy but under the handles crack and break very fast. Not sure why that spot is the only spot that has a thinner plastic whereas the handles are more sturdier.

Love this basket but it did end up cracking on both handles. The size is great and it hold a ton of laundry which is important for my household. The larger capacity calls for a little bit thicker construction I believe but overall a great basket. I’ll definitely buy another in the future and hopeful the handle cracking was a fluke.

I’m disappointed in the quality of this basket. I had one for a couple years and it held up great. The past 3 I have bought have broken so easily. The handles just seem to snap. I only fill it with clothes and carry it up and down two flights of stairs so I wouldn’t expect them to break that easily. I would only recommend if you are sticking to a budget.
