Q: Does the bottom require a smaller 'nightlight' bulb or does it fit a standard bulb?
A: The lamp comes with an incandescent night light bulb (c7) already installed in the base; we replaced ours with an LED. The top requires you to install an additional standard-sized bulb.
submitted byMinesChick - 5 years agoA: The above answer given by Michelle from Target is incorrect. I'm holding a c7 5w nightlight bulb from the bottom of this lamp that diet after about a years worth of use. They're not that expensive online.
submitted byammom - 6 years agoA: Hi Emily- Great question. This starry lamp acts as a lamp and a night light. You only need a 60 watt bulb as the switch is a four way rotary switch to allow for full light or a starry night. Hope that helps. -Michelle

A: Hi LS - This is such a versatile lamp for a your lighting needs! It has a 4 way rotary switch that should activate each lighting setting when used with a 60 watt bulb. Thanks! - Shelly

Q: Do you put a bulb in the bottom as well as the top? If so, what size bulb on both top and bottom? It says 3 way. Does that mean the top part is 3 way or top on, bottom on, or both on?

A: The lamp comes with an incandescent night light bulb (c7) already installed in the base. The top requires you to install an additional standard-sized bulb. We installed LEDs of the appropriate sizes in both locations, and it works well.

Q: What is the exact replacement lamp shade for this product? Is there a link? Most of the slip uno lamp shades I'm finding has the slip at the top instead of the bottom to connect to the base :(
