Q: I put it all together and the top was broken on the corner. Can I just replace the top? Took 3 hrs to put together, dont make me do it again.

Horrible service
They have hidden clauses they will use that to decline your case and do nothing about your claims. Won’t help to file online. And there is no way you be connected to them on phone.

This was a gift why is warranty in my name
What kind of sense does it make to set up and send the furniture protection plan to me, when it was purchased for an item I bought as a wedding gift through your registry? What is the point in that? Is this transferable to the person the item was gifted to? Or do they have to go through me for any issues covered under the protection plan. Really dumb really poor planning and thought process there.
