It's an absolute scam what they're doing with these cards. It costs them nothing to produce, yet more often than not you're literally throwing away $15 on complete garbage

Target does not guarantee cars will arrived on damaged and does not do refunds or replacements or a lot of returns. The only company that doesn't use brown paper wrap to ship NFL cards.
You cannot trust target They do not protect cards for shipment. Buy your card somewhere else
