When I opened the candles, some of them were stuck together. When I pulled them apart, the gold paper came off from around the candle wax. We tested one out and it burned ok, just not sure if I would trust these to not get into the cake that it’s in. Will not be buying this kind again.

These burned surprisingly clean, with just a few drips, which is impressive considering we had all 20 candles on one cake. Even after being lit for 3 or so minutes, they show minimal wear, which means I’ll be reusing them for a future celebration.
