Q: How do you remove the tester cord? Or is it not supposed to come off?
A: Hello JEG - Thanks for your interest in this Stacked Skulls Decorative Prop. The cord can be removed by simply pulling it from where it is connected to the battery box. There may be a small tab that needs to be depressed near where the try-me cord is inserted into the item though a simple pull should do the trick. Never cut the try-me wires. Q: How do you reset the timer?
A: Hello Pam - We appreciate your interest in this item. There are two setting, one with sound and one without sound (lights only). The setting with sound is also sound activated. The no sound(lights only) has an automatic cycle timer so the lights stay on for 6 hours and then are off for 18 hours. We know you will enjoy it. – Alvin

Q: I put in new batteries and turned switch to on with sound and nothing will happen. No lights or sound. Is it broken? It won’t work at all. I have tried screaming at it to activate the sound and nothing. Help please.
