This item has two setting, one that includes sound and one without sound (light only).The setting with sound is also sound activated. Q: How do you remove the tester cord? Or is it not supposed to come off?
A: Hello JEG - Thanks for your interest in this Stacked Skulls Decorative Prop. The cord can be removed by simply pulling it from where it is connected to the battery box. There may be a small tab that needs to be depressed near where the try-me cord is inserted into the item though a simple pull should do the trick. Never cut the try-me wires. Q: I put in new batteries and turned switch to on with sound and nothing will happen. No lights or sound. Is it broken? It won’t work at all. I have tried screaming at it to activate the sound and nothing. Help please.
