  • A: We have both, and you are correct. $30 Lewis lights up and says a whole rotation of phrases including the viral “my name is Lewis,” and the $10 Lewis just lights up with no sound.

    Made of thin plastic

    Loved it but it was short lived. If you live somewhere where it gets windy make sure you secure little Lewis because his face is made of very thin plastic. His face broke two weeks of me putting him up.

    Lewis has given me life

    Few things thrill you after age thirty. When I saw this jack-o-lantern - nay, this LEWIS - was on sale, I had to buy him. I have had my eyes on him since his inception. He will be perched front and center on my front porch for the entirety of October. Perhaps Lewis will last a few seasons, or even forever. I just can't wait to hear him say his own name when he arrives. Thank you, Target, for giving me a little morsel of serotonin in this otherwise bleak existence.

    An Unlikely Pal to a Small Kitty
