Damaged Upon Arrival
Package is open across the center upon arrival. Styrofoam is broken into pieces, large parts shift and clatter about when moving the package. Pieces are very scraped up as a result, and I can't get a refund on the protection plan, and also can't get a replacement, as they are now out of stock.
