Like Rug is cute and a great size. Unique shape snd pretty thick. Dislikes Product says it’s machine washable but when I washed it, it completely fell apart. The red fibers shed everywhere in my washer and all over the mat itself. The rug is also extremely heavy when wet. It shook the entire washer during spin and I’m too afraid to put it in my dryer for fear of it breaking the dryer belt. Overall poor quality and inaccurate care instructions.

Buyer beware - ruined in wash
This rug is really cute but the first time we washed it, it came out ruined. We followed the wash instructions on the tag. The red and pink fibers came out all over the rug and now the rug looks grimy. I’ve never had a bath mat do this before, so I’ll be buying a different one.

I love the design, colors, and unique shape of this rug. All these things prompted me to purchase it. However, I would absoulety not put this in a washing machine. In doing so, the drum was extremely unbalanced causing the machine to shake. The same with drying to dry this in a dryer. The rug took several days to air dry by just hanging it up, and was extremetly heavy when wet. I mention this as it being advertised as machine washable was a purchase point for me. In addition to that, as another review mentions, the shedding is insane.

Doesn't hold up in the washing machine
Such a cute bath mat, but unfortunately it doesn’t hold up in the washing machine. I’ve washed the mat twice and large tufts of the material are falling out, leaving bare spots on the mat. I’ve had other Target bath mats for years that still look like new after countless washes, so this one was a bummer.
