It’s a cute pattern but very thin. The threads in it are showing before use and immediately started unraveling after barely any use. It’s not a $30 quality bath mat. You can get better quality rugs for half the price.

I love the design, colors, and unique shape of this rug. All these things prompted me to purchase it. However, I would absoulety not put this in a washing machine. In doing so, the drum was extremely unbalanced causing the machine to shake. The same with drying to dry this in a dryer. The rug took several days to air dry by just hanging it up, and was extremetly heavy when wet. I mention this as it being advertised as machine washable was a purchase point for me. In addition to that, as another review mentions, the shedding is insane.

Such a cute bath mat, but unfortunately it doesn’t hold up in the washing machine. I’ve washed the mat twice and large tufts of the material are falling out, leaving bare spots on the mat. I’ve had other Target bath mats for years that still look like new after countless washes, so this one was a bummer.
