    I was so excited for this mat for its color and softness, but DO NOT MACHINE WASH. I bought this and immediately washed it. When I pulled it out of the washing machine it has missing matches of fabric, leaving bald spots all over. The stitching came complete undone and it looks like a bunch of matted spots that fell off of it and covered the inside of my washing machine. Super sad.

    Not worth the price

    Like other reviewers have said: I DID NOT read the reviews. And now it’s all falling apart. Don’t buy this especially if you have pets that have meetings with you in the bathroom. So disappointed in the quality of this rug. I love Casaluna products but this is beyond bad.

    A bit of Luxe in the bathroom

    The CasaLuna brand is absolutely great. My favorite items are the ultra soft cotton bath mats. Very lush and luxurious. They are so easy to clean. Just throw them in the laundry and they fluff up beautifully. Great investment.

    Pretty to look at, not to use.

    I wish I would’ve read the reviews. It sheds awful and I had to take time to clean my washer after the first wash. It was full of fibers and made a giant mess. I washed it with another bath mat and still am picking fibers off that one, even after drying. It’s soft and beautiful but it’s not functional for a busy family who needs to wash it often.

    If I could put zero stars I would, I bought this item online and the delivery was awful. It was left outside and don’t follow delivery instructions and when I came from work the package wasn’t there. I called customer service and they told me I had to wait 3-5 days, I called back 5 days later and they didn’t offer no solution. They said they can neither offer a replacement or refund, because according to the delivery person it was a success. I wanted to send them a picture of where the item was delivered exposed and they didn’t want to accept it and it’s frustrating. I spent 175 dollars and I don’t have the item nor my money. Terrible customer service. Basically they said since the delivery says delivered I must be lying and didn’t offer a replacement nor refund. Don’t order nothing from target as they don’t take responsibility for lost packages.
