Q: One of our sets has gone dim - still working but much less bright then the other set. Is there a fix for this? We switched out the batteries and it didn’t help.

Q: What is the timer setting? How long off and how long on?
A: Thank you for your interest in this product. This product has a timer function that allows it to stay lit for 6 hours, and turn off for 18 hours off. Starting from the "OFF" position, you can turn this feature on by pressing the button on the battery once. Q: How do you activate the timer
A: Thank you for your interest in this product. The button on the battery box has 3 functions. The first press of the button turns on the timer, but you need to make sure the product starts from the "OFF" position. You may need to press the button enough times to cycle to the "OFF" position first.
