Great item
What a great item! So many ways you can use it. You can use it as a roaster on its own or you could put it on the tray and have the drippings drip and use that as a gravy. You can use the top tray also as a cookie sheet and the bottom part as a cake pan.

A good, solid roaster
I love the quality of this roaster. It feels solid and I believe that longevity use is a possibility. This roaster did a great job during the cooking process and clean-up was easy. Besides cooking roast, I also used it to reheat fried chicken. The end result was cripsy! My only wish is for a lid.

Heavy-duty
I wasn't expecting this roaster to be heavy duty but it is. I haven't used it yet but I am planning to serve ham for a large family dinner and this is perfect. This is a piece you will hold on to and use for years.

Very well made and beautiful!
I can’t get over how beautiful this roaster is - stunning! The rack is really great too. Both pieces are heavy and excellent quality. I like that the rack is flat rather than curved. The slats have narrow open spaces so vegetables don’t fall through. I’ve already roasted/baked two small hens and a filet of salmon and both times, the pan and rack have performed beautifully. The flat rack allows for more surface area. I recommend this both as a roaster and a serving dish. It can travel from the oven to the dining table.

I think this line, Figment, is such an affordable upscale line! I simply love this roaster. It's beautiful if you serve family style. The qaulity is also extremely good. I bought two of these after looking them over in store- I’ve been on the search for a nice stainless steel roaster that can be used on my range and doesn’t break the bank. I whipped up a cheesy pasta dish in one the first night and everything was great! I was able to cook the chicken and pasta, add the cheese, sauce, more cheese and pepperoni then bake all in one dish. Cleanup with stainless steel is always easy. A brief soak, then a dish soap wash and a “bar keeper’s friend” wash and it looks almost new again. I’m looking forward to many meals made easier with this big, versatile cookware piece!

Best roaster ever and you cant beat the price for the quality
This is the best roasting pan ever and I have two from William Sonoma. One just like this one and one non stick. It make the perfect stuffed turkey breast. And I was afraid bc it wasn’t nonstick it would be hard to clean but it wasn’t. It is so heavy and constructed extremely well. I’m a cookware snob and you can’t tell the difference from my over $100 ones and this one I got on sale for $15.

Unbelievable Value And Incredible Quality
I bought this tri-ply roaster today. Tri-ply or multi-clad technology is the superior technology that All-Clad uses in their D3 line. This pan is substantial, well made, and a great value for money. This will be great in the oven, then on the stovetop to make gravy from the drippings. The only thing I'm surprised about is that it's not at least twice or three times the price. If this fits in your oven it should be in your kitchen. Get one before they are gone.

Check your oven's measurements first
Measurement is off, the 15inch refers to the square footage. It doesn't account for the handles. The actual total length is closer to 19inch. Otherwise works well to roast turkey and veggies
