Very cute in the photos but in person it looks sooo cheap. I wanted cheap fluffy rugs for the kids’ reading nooks but these are just not worth it at all. I wish I’d just spent a bit more for something that’s actually soft and fluffy

I wanted a cute rug for my dog and it's an extra bonus that she matches the rug. It says to spot clean but I'm a clean freak so as soon as I got it home I put it in the wash and hung it to dry. When it was 90% dry I used my pup's hair brush and brushed it so it was fluffy and then hung it back up to finish drying. Overall, it's the perfect rug for me at a great price.

This looks way softer than it actually is. The rug is super thin and the fluff doesn't look much like the photos (maybe 50%?). The fluff also doesn't feel soft and fluffy.

At the suggestion of another reviewer I brushed the rug out with a dog grooming brush (see pic). It’s a HUGE improvement right away - takes it from like to love! See my pic for half brushed, half not.

I maybe should have expected this for the price but it looked nice enough in the picture online and I intended it to go under a glider to prevent it from scratching the floor. It went back immediately. It looks and feels extremely cheap and the "fur" clumps together and looks stringy and doesn't feel nice. It's no heavier than a blanket and would be impossible to vacuum, and the "fur" tangles and sticks together so it's going to hold on to any dirt or dust.
