Love the product, packaging is ridiculous. See pictures. Large, heavy candle put into a box with minimal pieces of paper = damaged candle, guaranteed. And this is the second time I have ordered this product, same result the first time. Unreal.

Purchased 3 different sizes!!! Excited about them as we are planning a wedding!! All 3 arrived damaged due to packaging…arrived in 1 box with no wrap so they were able to roll around in the box damaging all 3 candles!!! Extremely disappointed!!! Will be returning & hopefully will have better luck in store!!! Really need to find a solution for delivery as this is not the first time this has happened!!

I ordered the 6, 8 and 9 inch. The 9 inch is great because it was shipped by itself. I am returning the other two as they are all dinged up due to lousy packing. I am going to order the 12 with something soft so it it is not a separate package it will come without damage. Very nice candles, but if you can, pick them up. The 4 stars are for the undamaged one I received. The shipped candles are 1 star.

Packaging was not great. This candle is acceptable, but the bigger one that shipped with it is getting returned because it's too dinged up from moving around the box without proper packaging. Other than that, really nice, heavy decorative candle

This candle was really pretty. Unfortunately, it wasn’t packaged in any protective cover like most candles are so it arrived very damaged. I had to return. Attempted to order again in hopes the lack of packaging was a fluke and the next one arrived the same way.

Much thicker / denser / heavier than I expected. This is solid! Burned for a few hours last night and seems to burn evenly. It serves its purpose for my needs. My only complaint is that it’s less of a true green, and more of a gray-beigeish/brown-green. Doesn’t really resemble the photos in color. Oh and mine came with a few minor dents top and bottom, despite being wrapped well (finally!) for target shipping.
