The intact item is functional, however two of the items I ordered arrived with damaged/missing feet. I would have returned them if I hadn't already assembled. The feet are hollow so it is difficult to just cover them with a felt pad. I would expect more for the price.

We have 2 of these in the bottom of our pantry and they’re great for keeping it organized. While the drawers can hold heavy items like cans, it obviously makes it more difficult to open them with all the additional weight. I’ve had one of these for a few years and finally added another because it has held up so well and keeps everything looking neat.

Overall I’m happy with the product’s look and functionality, and the dimensions are true to size, and work in the location i intended for it. I am glad I waited until I could stack two 20% off coupons for it because I’m not sure if it’s worth the $70 (but have you seen the price of sterilite??? This is more worthwhile in comparison.) I should’ve realized that the wood topper wasn’t real. The baskets did come a little warped so once i am able i may straighten the edges a bit, or even modify the track - it is metal on metal as others state.

I ordered 3 at the same time. 2 were perfect and the third was missing pieces. They replaced the third one and I got all the pieces but then the wooden piece that goes on top was cut short because there’s a gap in between the wood and side rails.

I really like how easy this was to set up. I bought two one for my husband and one for me. They both fit so well in my small closet. The two drawers help us maximize our closet space because the drawers are deep and fill a good amount of clothes. My only issue is that the drawers are metal and I worry that they will rust as we continue to slide it back-and-forth.

Oh yea baby this was worth every penny and it matching my target-bought desk to a T. Easy to put together, no flaws. One of my best storage purchases. Note: this does not fit under the desk I have, it literally only had to be 2 cm shorter, but whatever. I added risers to the desk. (Pic notes: Third drawer exists but it’s being used to hold my shoes while they dry outside)

I really like the design and how much it can hold. The only reason I removed a star is because it’s not stable, mine moves a lot if I do anything to it. Might give it to someone else for that reason because I think the wobbling will annoy me after a while. Unsure if it’s the metal or the way I built it, but I followed the directions. Also, feel like it could be a little cheaper for the price because I bought a bigger bright room drawer organizer for $5 less.

I bought two of these to replace the plastic drawers I'd been using in my closet, and I'm really happy with the upgrade! The open wire design is perfect for airflow, which was a big concern for me since dirt and even little bugs used to find their way into my old plastic drawers (gross!).
