If I could give this product negative stars, I absolutely would. It’s shockingly cheap, flimsy, and a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, Target’s return policy is wildly inconsistent — apparently, you’re just out of luck depending on who you talk to. Speaking of that, I had the misfortune of dealing with Bonnie, possibly the most unhelpful and dismissive customer service rep I’ve ever encountered. I explained the situation clearly, and she sat there and did nothing. No help, no solution — just robotic indifference. Honestly, she has no business working in customer service and should be fired. Absolutely disgraceful experience from start to finish.

I recently got this 3 PCS Expandable ABS Hard Shell Luggage Set and it has been fantastic for my travels. The 20", 24", and 28" sizes are perfect for all my needs, from short trips to longer vacations. The low price made me hesitant, but I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the results they turned out to be! The swivel wheels are smooth, the colors are gorgeous, and they are both lightweight and durable. I used the smaller one as carry-on luggage and checked the larger two. All three suitcases survived the busy international trip unscathed. Would consider repurchasing!
