When any liquid touches these napkins, they black ink comes off and gets on everything! I put them in my kids' lunchboxes and now their lunchboxes have black stains on them.

Horrible quality. The black ink runs as soon as it gets wet. Stained my skin, counter, anything it touches wet gets black ink on it!

Target charged an extra dollar for these. I got home and wondered why there was a sticker on the back of the packaging.. I peeled it off to find a $3 price and got charged $4 at checkout.
