Description
Featuring a subtle crosshatch textured fabric, Sun Zero Somerton Roman Shades add sophisticated style and function to windows in any room for your home. Sun Zero Total Blackout technology is laboratory tested to block out 100% of light, reduce outside noise by up to 50%, and decrease energy lost through your windows by up to 45%. Comfort is optimized with thermal properties that help keep summer heat and winter chill out of your home. Best for Kids Certified cordless design with included handle pull for easy adjustment. Use in your entertainment room to eliminate screen glare and reduce distracting outside noise, or in your bedroom for enhanced privacy and a sounder, more uninterrupted sleep. Mounting hardware included for inside or outside mount as desired. Sold as individual panels measuring 35" width by 64" length in color blue. Measure carefully before selecting your desired size and quantity. Rod not included. Gently remove the face fabric from the velcro attachment on the front of the headrail as well as from the plastic anchors. Place fabric on a clean, flat surface. Spot clean using a soft nonabrasive damp cloth. Rinse out cloth thoroughly as needed while cleaning. Completely air dry before reattaching shade to the plastic anchors and securing shade at top with the velcro strip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disosure - this size didn't wind up working for the window I wanted to use it on (too big), which is my fault, not the products. So I don't have it installed. But, I did take it out, check it out, held it up to the window to check how well it blacked out Light and ease of pulling. Which it did well. Seems like install would be easy and directions were clear. Just didn't work for my space

Not too bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I studied the instructions for about 5 minutes I figured out how to install but it wasn't all easy. For some reason, I expected that in the year 2022, no level would be needed. Just click it in and it would be done is a dream I aspire. I also needed to use my steamer once they were hung up to take out many wrinkles. I like how we can adjust the top of the shade especially if our measurements are wrong. Overall, once hung it's nice and easy to use but have some problems as well.

I've never had blinds that kept the sun out like they were supposed to or blinds that even looked remotely this nice!! Plus added bonus, ask me how hard they are to clean... Go ahead ask me. Well these are the easiest blinds I've ever cleaned, dust doesn't seem to stick to them like some of the others I've tried. So go ahead and give them a try, especially if you love blinds and even if you don't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sun Zero - Sun Zero Somerton Textured 100% Blackout Cordless Roman Shade is a very nice blackout shade. It is a great replacement for roller shades with a Roman shade look. No chords either! It pulls down smoothly and then with a quick tug it rolls up smoothly but nice a slow. Not quick like the roller shades. I'm only giving it a 4 star because there weren't any instructions. I ordered 2 shades and neither came with instructions. Granted I have hung many different shades and was able to figure these ones out easily. The second reason for 4 stars is because the shade sides left or right. There isn't a stopper on either end to keep it from moving side to side. Not that anyone should be moving it. It is to snap the shade onto the brackets and snap them off. It does a great job blocking out the Sun light. Its heavy fabric and I could see it doing a nice job with keeping the heat out from the sun while closed. I'm happy with it and I would still recommend it.

Great for kids room!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace the blinds in my toddlers room since they wanted to play with the string. It’s nice quality fabric. It helps them sleep at night by blocking the street light shining in window. Can be put on inside or outside window rim. I couldn’t find instructions until I read someone else review and they were stuck at the bottom of the box. It would be good if company would put them in a bag with the parts and not loose. That is my only complaint.

Incredible curtain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous snow-white style Sun Zero Roman Shade. I can’t stress enough how high quality curtains from this brand are. Curtain rods no longer & you can install inside the window frame or above the window frame. Has a pulley to easily adjust up & down. The texture is nice with very thick fabric. You can remove the top snow-white layer because of the Velcro. This is my brand for life from now on, I will be buying a buddy for this one.

I was looking for a true white shade that wasn't boring which is hard to find when looking for white window treatments. Despite the shade being white it truly blocks the light. The fabric is thick and looks elegant hung over my kitchen window.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loooooooove this Roman shade & how effective it is at blocking out the sun & heat. We put this up in our laundry room window that takes a beating during the day with direct sunlight (we live in Florida). We have noticed a difference in how warm it gets in that room since installing the shade & it has without a doubt improved. We mounted it inside the window frame & my husband said it was super easy to install. I like that it’s cordless (we have 2 young kids in the house). You literally just pull it down & then gently pull it again for the shade to go back up. We have this in the color white - it has a nice, subtle crosshatch pattern in the fabric. I highly recommend this Roman shade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shades are really nice and great quality as well. The material is nice and thick and I love that it Velcro's for easy removal. The only problem I had with these is that they didn't come with any directions. It took me awhile to figure out how to hang them and it was very complicated. If it came with directions I really think it would have been a lot easier to hang up. These do a great job at keeping light out and they look amazing too. It's very easy to move the shade up and down. Overall these shades were great and I would recommend. Please consider adding directions!
