These lamps are easy to install and fairly priced, but the provided anchors (weirdly rubbery) and screws (cheap) are not good. I recommend replacing them completely. If you are in any way concerned about the lamps being perfectly flush with the wall, the lamps might disappoint you, but we were able to make them work for us.

I purchased these as the Schoolhouse Electric ones I wanted were way out of my budget! These are a solid quality fixture. One did arrive with some mild scratching on the finish, but nothing much and purely cosmetic in a not so noticable area. They were easy to install and look really high end. I kind of wish the switch was on the light fixture itself, but having it on the cord is just fine.

We made 2 attempts with the anchors, they made holes in the wall and the anchors simply turned in the drywall, did not expand and accept the screws. We patched the holes, bought new anchors and they went in perfectly. Bottom line: Do not use included drywall anchors!

I use to work in high end decorative lighting for a designer in Manhattan and a Lighting manufacturer in Brooklyn. I know good quality when I see it.For the price you won't find better quality and design anywhere else. YThere is a better selection here and the quality is the same if not better than those name brand places.
