Q: can the shades be removed and replaced by cloth shades?

A: Hi - the shades that come with these wall lamps do come off, but they are not really meant to be replaced, and we are not aware of any cloth replacements for them. That said if you can find some shades that would fit them you could replace them. Thank you for the question.

A: Hi - these designs swivel 180-degrees around the mounting point, so that's around 5 or 6 inches in either direction. Or, to put it another way, they will move left-right to the point that the shade comes in contact with the wall. Thank you for the question!

Sleek and Modern Look
Perfect addition to a sitting area. Quick and simple installation. Leave the arm screws slightly loose to easily change the position of the lamp when desired, or tighten them for a more permanent feel. Overall, the lamps look and feel like a quality product.

Already broken
We only had our set for a month before one of them had an issue. The middle armature no longer holds the rest of the head in any position, so the heads just droops straight down onto the lamp base. Not sure what the issue is, I tried to figure it out but unable to do so.
