Cute & Calm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved this set! I love the vibrant colors and the designs. My son loves that there is a harder side so he can challenge himself. This has been great as we are learning how to breathe and calm down instead of throw tantrums. Definitely recommend!

Kind of boring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids didnt want to play with this unless really prompted. It may be good for older kids, like 10+.

Perfect for my little one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great item for my 3 yr old. Upon receiving it, I immediately appreciated the durability of it. Not something can be destructed easily at all. And when my toddler was playing with it, he sat so quite and calmly. (Just what this momma of 6 needed!) I love it even more that it's something that he can focus on and get his brain working, and not just be sitting entertained by a tablet or screen/ electronic of some sort. Definitely appreciate the quality and craftsmanship as well as the simpleness of it.

Amazing Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mother to a six year old little girl with ADHD, I was super excited to receive the mindful mazes in the mail. Depe breathing is a technique we use daily to help her self regulate her emotions. These mazes took the deep breathing to a whole other level. The directions were clear and easy to understand. You inhale as the line gets wider, pause where there's dots, and exhale where the begins to thin out. We first tried this when my daughter became over stimulated and needed a breather. We pulled them out, selected a maze, and began. She calmed within seconds of tracing the maze, and breathing along with it. I would highly recommend these to any person that needs help with emotional regulation. Not only did they help, but the durable design, and variety of puzzles will ensure we get use out of these over and over again.

Very durable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am both a 4K teacher and parent to twins plus one. My twins are 6 and had little interest in this breathing tool, however, some of the children in my classroom really enjoyed the boards during moments of sadness or anxiousness. A first year teacher friend had very similar breathing posters on her wishlist this year for a special needs classroom. I recommend Mindful Mazes for their portability, durability, tactile quality, and the easy to use accompanying teaching guide. She quickly swapped these on her list!

Cute boards
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boards are really cute designs and great way of getting my son to sit and Interact with it when he saw the fun designs. He slowly traced his fingers along the designs on the front and back . Then did it again in different route. Even my older daughter sat and calmly traced her fingers on the designs. It's a great board to help calm and almost re direct your kiddo .

My kids are in love!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids absolutely loved this. Especially after I told them how you're suppose to use them. My oldest 10 used them when she was getting overwhelmed and loved how much it helped her calm down!

Great for bedtime!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly skeptical that my kids (ages 2 and 4.5) would really care about this. It's colorful and made of thick durable plastic. There's a different design on each side of the cards. We did it at bedtime when we first received it to calm down after playing outside. My 4 year old asks to do it most nights before laying down to sleep. She only does it for 5-10 minutes before being done with it for the night, but that's perfect for bedtime wind down activity. A surprising win!

Fun for a little while
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 children and the oldest is 6, and the youngest almost 2. The older one isn't interested in this but the middle 2 do happen to like it. It's fun for them but for a short time. They do get bored after about 5 minutes. If you need 5 minutes of quiet time this is a good game to keep them entertained.
