It kept our son busy
This Rubik’s cube adds a fascinating twist—the heat-sensitive tiles make it a real challenge! My sons were intrigued by how the colors only reveal when touched, making it even harder than a regular cube. It’s not the easiest version, so I’d recommend it more for puzzle lovers or older kids/teens who enjoy a real mental challenge. It’s a cool collector piece and definitely one of the more unique cubes we own. Just be ready for it to test your patience a bit!

Cool but a bit misleading
I was really excited for this for my son, who collects rubix cubes - but it’s really difficult to get it to change colors. You have to have very warm hands and even then, I wouldn’t describe the change as “by touch.” It takes a little time - even after putting the cube in the fridge (something he saw online). Definitely had higher hopes. It’s a great idea, and still pretty cool, but wish it was executed a bit better.

Does not color change from touch
Just gave it as a Christmas gift. The house is a normal room temperature. Three different warm-blooded people have touched, held, rubbed and sworn at the cube to try to see colors. Nothing. If we run it under warm water, the colors change, but not to the human touch. Total fail. Without changing colors, the "stealth"colors are slightly different shades; you can easily tell the red/orange from the blue/green. It is a speed cube design with nice action, no stickers.

Not for Warm Climates!
This cube only works when the temperature is below 79 degrees. For someone who lives in a warmer climate, it is basically just a plain Rubik’s Cube. It doesn’t turn black if it is too warm in the room.

Fun for beginners, clunky when you get better.
Like most, I started with the layer-by-layer beginner method, and it was pretty good. But as you become more proficient and move on to CFOP, you might start to feel that it's a little clunky. For example, corner cutting usually results in the cube popping out into little pieces all over the place. Otherwise, it's an okay cube.

Worst cube ever
Just got this 2 days ago and the quality of this one is horrid. Color changing feature is mediocre at best. And the cube it self is really loose. I don't know if maybe it's just the cube I got but it feels like it could just fall apart at any moment. I purchased dozens of cubes and none feel like this. I rather just exchange it for a normal 3x3
