Poor quality
in 2019 I bought a very similar table by the same name and manufacturer. It was great. This is not. One chair busted on the first day even with wood glue added. It feels flimsy and scratches right away.

Easily Scratches. So sad.
I really wanted to love this table. I have been eyeing it for some time now and decided to finally go for it. It was easy to set up and looks great in my brownstone apartment. Sadly, it scratches so very easily. The very first night I had it, I set a mirror on top of it. It's a Target mirror that is made of some sort of hard resin or plastic. I spun the mirror around before putting it up on my wall. HUGE scratch. I figured I was just being careless and blamed myself. But, I was just re-potting a small succulent in a terracotta pot. I slid the pot across the table slightly to re-position it. Again... HUGE scratch. This is really sad especially because it seems like it's great quality. Perhaps I'll try to rub some wax or wood oil into the scratches to make them less apparent but at the moment they are extremely noticeable.

There weren't a lot of options for a 42" high table with these dimensions and this one was just about the least expensive option around, especially with the 2 stools included. I have a small kitchen nook area and the set fits the space perfectly. Even though I measured the height that I needed for the space, I don't think I fully realized how tall this table would be until I put it together. The stools look great, assembly was fairly straight-forward. If two people are sitting on the same side of the table, you will be crammed right next to one another. The top of the table looks a little cheap to me, but it really is an inexpensive dining set and perfect for what I was looking for.
