[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug matches the pictures perfectly. Its beautiful and vibrant, soft and quite large. It is a very thin rug, as shown compared to a standard sized pencil, however the quality seems great to me. There was a rather strong chemical smell at first, but with a fan on and windows open it dissipated in just a few hours. At first it did feel almost like walking on a strange felt, but after a few days that has left and it's just soft now. I would definitely recommend a liner or hot glue strips if you plan to use it on tile or wood, it seems like it would be slippery. It is definitely kid, cat and dog approved! All of my littles came to investigate and 2 of 6 (1 kid and 1 cat) have decided it belongs to them now!
